Return & Exchange

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

All returns must be communicated to us within 3 working days of receiving the order. Please email us at info@laisonbyaurelias.com to start the process of your returns.

Note that all items must be unworn, unwashed and in brand new condition (without any stains, fragrances, scents including detergent and perfume) or any form of disarray that warrants the item unsuitable for resale. We regret to inform you that we will not be able to accept items that do not meet these requirements.

We accept returns for the following reasons:

a) An Incorrect Item
In the event that you have received an incorrect item, we will be more than happy
to process an exchange right away for the item you originally ordered.

Please rest assured that postage fees will be fully absorbed by us.

b) A Defective Item
On the event that you have received a defective item, we will be more than happy
to process a one-for-one exchange right away.

Please rest assured that postage fees will be fully absorbed by us.

Do take note that measurements may vary 0.5 – 0.75 inches due to mass manufacturing processes and
the true color of an item may also vary slightly due to strong studio lighting/inevitable discrepancies arising from individual computer resolutions.

The above-mentioned are not considered defect attributes and are therefore non-eligible for returns.

c) Issues with size/fit
We are aware that finding the best fit can be a little tricky sometimes so if you are not comfortable with the
size or fit of your order, we will be more than happy to accept a return for a one-for-one exchange of the
exact item in either the same (original) color or; only in the event that it is no longer available in the original color, other color/s that may be available for that design.

However, please take note that an exchange offer is only applicable under the
circumstance that stocks are still available. We regret to inform you that in the event that an item is out of stock, we will not be able to process a refund. We would gladly provide you with a store credit for your next purchase.

Please note that all shipping fees will be borne by the customer.
